*Cancellations: Please provide a 24 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellations.

Any cancellations not within the 24 hour window will be charged 100% of the session fee, unless your spot can be filled.

*Payments: Credit/debit card is required to book sessions. However, you will not be charged until after your session.

You may use whatever form of payment you wish when checking out after completed session.

*Refunds: Not applicable for memberships or packages.

*Gratuity: This is not a requirement, nor expected.

*New Clients: Paperwork will need to be filled out prior to first session and we will have a brief intro chat to discuss any health issues and your goals for our work together.

Please arrive 10 minutes early.

*Session times: Sessions start at the time of the appointment and will not exceed the scheduled time.
