Meet Jessi Hoyer

Licensed Massage Therapist, Nervous System Regulation & Somatic Practitioner

I believe the body is always communicating with us. Sometimes it speaks through tension, fatigue, overwhelm, pain, or simply the feeling that something doesn't quite feel right. My work is about creating the space to slow down, listen, and reconnect.

My approach to bodywork has evolved beyond traditional massage. While I love the physical release that therapeutic bodywork can provide, I’m equally interested in what happens beneath the surface—how stress lives in the body, how the nervous system responds to our experiences, and how developing greater body awareness can change the way we move through life.

My work weaves together Therapeutic Massage, Orthopedic and Sports Massage, Thai Bodywork and Craniosacral Therapy with somatic practices, breathwork, energy work, and sound and vibrational healing—creating deeply restorative experiences that support the whole person. Every session is different because every body is different. I meet you where you are and let your body's needs guide the work.

I’m continually learning and expanding my practice through education in somatic therapy, yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, sound and vibrational healing, mobility, and functional movement, while deepening my understanding of how the body’s many systems work together. I believe that being a practitioner also means always being a student—staying curious, continuing to learn, and always looking for better ways to support the people who trust me with their care.

My intention is to give you a place where you can slow down, feel safe enough to soften, become more aware of what your body is telling you, and leave feeling more connected to yourself.

Whether you need therapeutic work for a body that hurts, stillness for a nervous system that feels overwhelmed, or simply an opportunity to step away from the noise for a while - come as you are, there is space for you here.
